Domestic Orders

Orders within Germany are always shipped free of charge. Delivery time can be up to 5 business days, usually faster. No orders are processed through weekends and public holidays.

INTERnational orders

Orders within Europe are shipped free of charge from EUR 150, while all other international orders ship free of charge from EUR 250. Smaller orders ship with a flat rate of EUR 15 within most of Europe and with a flat rate of EUR 35 within foreign countries. For exact calculation of shipping costs, please fill in your country and zip code on the cart page.

Delivery times vary from 5-10 business days, depending on country and region. No orders are processed through weekends and public holidays. There may be delays due to customs clearance which are beyond our control.

CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES

If you are shopping outside of the EU, there will most likely be customs fees and taxes to pay upon receiving your package. Although this is the correct procedure for cross-border orders and something that is beyond our control, we have decided to set up the following “additional cost refunding program”:

If you have to pay custom fees for your Lacueor order, simply send us a scan or image of your detailed receipt (our business name, date of delivery and order value must be visible on the receipt) and we will refund up to 30% of the order value in form of a gift coupon, valid for two years after date of issue for purchases via lacueor.com.

Samples

Generally we fully support the idea of trying before buying. You will receive with every order a set of 2 complimentary deluxe samples as soon as we have samples. So please bear with us until we can provide some.
