Shipping policy

Germany

Shipping within Germany is free. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, usually faster. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays; no orders are processed on weekends and public holidays.

European Union

Orders of 150 € or more ship free of charge within the EU. Below that, a flat shipping fee of 15 € applies. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after receipt of payment, depending on country and region.

Switzerland, United Kingdom and all other countries

Orders of 250 € or more ship free of charge. Below that, a flat shipping fee of 35 € applies. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

The exact shipping cost for your country is shown in the cart after entering your country and postcode, and in any case at checkout before you place your order.

Carriers

We ship with DHL and FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by e-mail.

Customs duties and import taxes

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs duties and import VAT. These are payable by you to the customs authority or carrier on delivery; they are not included in the purchase price and we have no influence on their amount.

Samples

Where available, we include two deluxe samples with every order.

Partial deliveries and failed delivery

Several items ordered together are shipped in one parcel; the longest delivery time applies. If a delivery fails because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we will ship again once you have covered the actual cost of re-shipping.
